Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed same-day if ordered by 2:00PM.

Orders made after 2:00PM will be processed within [1-2] business days.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are typically received [2-5] business days after your order has been shipped. 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier factors outside of our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Address Policy 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Kloset 6 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Should you enter the incorrect address at order processing, please contact us immediately: kloset6shop@gmail.com

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
