Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days from the date the item was received.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Tags: All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

The Refund Process
Approval: All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. Refunds are granted only after the item has been inspected and approved by our team.
Payment Method: Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping: Kloset 6 does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
