- Free Shipping: Complimentery standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
Our standard order handling time is 1–2 business days. However, we offer same-day processing for orders placed early in the day from Monday through Saturday:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Sun): Fulfilled and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Mon–Sun): Fulfilled the same day, but will ship within 1–2 business days depending on current order volume.

Courier & Delivery
We partner with UPS and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.
- Delivery Timeframe: Typically takes 1–3 business days after your order has been picked up by the carrier.
- Tracking Information: You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Damaged or Missing Packages

- Your tracking status shows the package has been "Delivered," but you have not received it.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days from the date the item was received.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Tags: All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

The Refund Process
Approval: All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. Refunds are granted only after the item has been inspected and approved by our team.
Payment Method: Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping: Kloset 6 Boutique does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
