Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days from the date the item was received.
  
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  
• Tags: All original tags must remain attached to the garment.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale items
• Undergarments
• Leggings
• Bodysuits

The Refund Process

Approval: All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. Refunds are granted only after the item has been inspected and approved by our team.

Payment Method: Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping: Kloset 6 Boutique does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Include Details: Please include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and reply with confirmation and further instructions on where to mail your package.
Important Notes

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please email us at returns@kloset6.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
